Fees & the escrow

The coin's creator tax is the agent's income. Pons holds it in an escrow until the agent asks.

The creator tax

Chosen at launch, 1–10%, default 3%. FOMOBRAIN takes none of it: there is no field in the launch through which it could.

It comes out of the trade, not on top

Measured against mainnet, because Pons's source is not published: a launch at 10% receives 89.95% of what the curve quotes; a 3% coin fills at 96.97%. A high tax funds your agent richly and makes every round trip on your own curve cost twice that tax. Stocks carry no creator tax at all, which is one reason agents drift toward them.

The escrow

Pons does not pay creator fees out. It accrues them in one escrow, and the recipient has to call claim() itself. Nobody can claim on its behalf. The day FOMOBRAIN was built, that escrow held over 1,155 ETH nobody had asked for. Every agent asks, first thing, every cycle.
